Alex Lloyd has been the Marketing and Communications Manager for Adult Learning Wales since May 2023. Over the past 10 years, he has worked at Senior Marketing Management level in the arts and UK theatre sector, working in theatres in both England and Wales. He was also a representative for the Arts Marketing Association while in his previous role. Alex has over 20 years of experience in marketing and event management, previously working as the Head of Life for Jazz FM, which included the promotion of the critically acclaimed Love Supreme Festival. Alex is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and is a graduate of the University of Nottingham Business School.
Alex has overseen the first phase of the marketing aspects of the LLN project and the creation of the project launch video. He is working alongside the team to help deliver the wider campaign and reach new partners both in the UK, Europe, and further afield. He is looking forward to growing the project and sharing the enriching learner stories to a wider audience.
